About the Program

The Back-End Development Program at IT For Youth Ghana is a comprehensive 6-month initiative designed to equip female graduates with essential back-end development skills. Through 4 months of hands-on training and 2 months of internship experience, you'll gain practical expertise in server-side programming, database management, and API development, making you job-ready for a growing industry.

Guided by expert moderators, this program is ideal for female graduates eager to launch their careers in back-end development. You'll not only develop technical skills but also build confidence through real-world applications.

The original program cost is GHS 5,000, but thanks to institutional support, tuition is subsidized by 60%, reducing the fee to GHS 2,000. Full scholarships are available for highly motivated individuals who demonstrate passion and commitment. Eligible applicants will undergo interviews and assessments to qualify.
